Community Guidelines
These guidelines apply when you share content with Evernight Realms through Discord, community submissions, social channels or any other community space we operate.
Share constructively
We welcome setup photos, calibration notes, terrain experiments, encounter moments and workflow tips. Critique and questions are encouraged when they help other Game Masters improve their tables. Personal attacks, harassment and bad-faith arguments are not permitted.
Credit artists and designers
If your table includes third-party terrain, miniatures, maps, music, effects or other creative work, credit the original creators where possible. Do not present someone else's work as your own.
Respect licence terms
Only share assets, maps, STL files, music or visual packs in ways allowed by their licence. Do not upload copyrighted material you do not have permission to distribute.
Protect player privacy
Avoid revealing private player information, home addresses, unpublished campaign secrets shared in confidence, or identifiable details about minors without explicit consent from a parent or guardian.
Permission to share
Submit only photographs, video and other media that you created or have permission to share. Tell us how you would like to be credited if your submission is featured. Evernight Realms will confirm permission before republishing content on the website or social channels.
Beta and support channels
When reporting TabletopFX beta issues, include enough detail for us to reproduce the problem without sharing unrelated personal data. Security-sensitive information should be reported through appropriate private channels when available.
Enforcement
We may remove content, decline submissions or restrict community access when these guidelines are violated. Serious or repeated breaches may result in removal from Discord or other community spaces.
