Evernight Realms is committed to supplying quality Products. This Warranty Policy describes the warranty against defects offered on our physical goods and clarifies how it operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. 1. Warranty Period
Unless otherwise stated on the Product page, our physical goods are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferrable. Digital Products and consumables (for example, downloadable software content or items with limited lifespan) are not covered by this voluntary warranty, however consumer guarantees still apply.
2. What Is Covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects that result in the Product failing to operate as intended under normal use. At our option, we will repair or replace any faulty components with new or refurbished parts to restore the Product to a serviceable condition. If a replacement is provided the replacement item will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days from the date of replacement, whichever is longer.
3. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, neglect, normal wear and tear, unauthorised modifications or repairs, or failure to follow the Product instructions. Consumable parts (such as batteries) are not covered unless they are found to be defective at the time of purchase. This warranty does not apply to Products purchased second‑hand or from unauthorised resellers.
4. How to Make a Claim
To make a warranty claim, please contact our support team through the Contact page with your order number, proof of purchase and a description of the defect. We may ask you to return the Product to us for inspection and will provide instructions on how to do so. You are responsible for the cost of returning the Product to us, however if the Product is found to be defective under this warranty we will reimburse reasonable shipping expenses.
5. Consumer Guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure【691653964183252†L2349-L2363】. The benefits to you under our voluntary warranty are in addition to these statutory rights.
6. Limitations & Exclusions
Except as provided in this Warranty Policy and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our Products. Under no circumstances will our liability exceed the original purchase price of the Product. This warranty does not restrict, modify or exclude any mandatory statutory warranties, guarantees or obligations imposed by the Australian Consumer Law.
