Shipping & Returns

1. Shipping Policy

We ship physical Products to customers within Australia and to selected international destinations. Digital Products, such as our application, are delivered via electronic download. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receipt unless otherwise stated at the time of order.

  • Domestic Delivery: Standard shipping within Australia typically takes 2–7 business days after dispatch. Express shipping options may be available at checkout.
  • International Delivery: International delivery times vary by destination and generally range from 7–21 business days. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination of your order. We may offer free standard shipping within Australia on orders over a specified value from time to time.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched we will send you an email with a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.

2. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with a Product you have purchased, please review the following return conditions and contact us for assistance.

2.1 Change‑of‑Mind Returns

We accept change‑of‑mind returns of unused physical goods within 30 days of the date of purchase, provided the goods are in their original packaging and in saleable condition. Change‑of‑mind returns are not available for digital goods (including software downloads), clearance items or personalised products. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item we will issue a store credit or refund at our discretion.

2.2 Faulty or Damaged Goods

If a Product you receive is faulty, damaged during transit or does not match the description, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue. We will provide instructions on how to return the item (if applicable) or otherwise remedy the problem. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. We will cover the reasonable costs of return shipping for faulty or damaged goods.

2.3 Digital Products

Once a digital Product (such as an application key or downloadable content) has been delivered it cannot be returned or refunded unless it is defective or fails to meet a consumer guarantee. If you experience technical difficulties with a digital Product please contact us and we will work with you to rectify the issue.

3. Your Consumer Rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure【691653964183252†L2349-L2363】. These rights are in addition to any voluntary warranty we may offer. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit your statutory rights.

4. How to Return a Product

To initiate a return please contact our support team via the Contact page and provide your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for the return. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed. Please ensure that returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account. If you receive store credit it will be issued as a voucher code for use on a future order.
