Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination of your order. We may offer free standard shipping within Australia on orders over a specified value from time to time.

We accept change-of-mind returns of unused physical goods within 30 days of purchase, provided items are in original packaging and saleable condition. Change-of-mind returns are not available for digital goods, clearance items or personalised products. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

If a product arrives faulty, damaged in transit or does not match the description, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details.
