Yes. This item is made to order through our supplier (Nordic Book Adventure). Once you place an order, we arrange production or import based on confirmed demand. Typical lead time is 4–6 weeks.

Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor surface imperfections may be present. Each unit is fully functional and built for regular tabletop use. Colour and finish may vary slightly between production batches.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receipt. Standard shipping within Australia typically takes 2–7 business days after dispatch. International delivery generally ranges from 7–21 business days depending on destination. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination of your order. We may offer free standard shipping within Australia on orders over a specified value from time to time.

We accept change-of-mind returns of unused physical goods within 30 days of purchase, provided items are in original packaging and saleable condition. Change-of-mind returns are not available for digital goods, clearance items or personalised products. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

If a product arrives faulty, damaged in transit or does not match the description, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details. We may offer repair, replacement or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and will cover reasonable return shipping costs for faulty or damaged goods.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, physical goods are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase. This voluntary warranty applies to the original purchaser only. Digital products and consumables are not covered by this warranty, though consumer guarantees still apply.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
